Paul Miall - Managing Director & Support Worker
Biography
Paul is a middle-aged male, is easy going, confident and an empathetic person. Paul’s interests include sports, cars and music. Paul currently holds over a 25-year career in the insurance and risk management industry where has worked in many roles including operating his own insurance brokerage and insuring various care industry clients. Paul is the owner and operator of PFM Care and has worked as a support worker for over the last 3 years.
Qualifications
- Certificate III Disability (Individual Support) - Ongoing
- Diploma Financial Services (Insurance Broking & Risk Management)
- NDIS Compliance Documented (including AFP Checked, Working With Children Checked, First Aid Certified in Care & Education, NDIS Worker Screening Checked and Fully Insured)
Fiona Clare - Administration Manager & Support Worker
Biography
Fiona is a middle-aged female with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the care industry. Fiona has previously worked in various medical/care sectors including Aged Care, Midwifery, Palliative Care and General Community Nursing. Fiona has also worked for various disability organisations where she has held roles in Management, Support Coordination, Plan Management, Accounts and Administration. Fiona's interests including gardening, baking and animal care.
